Finkelstein Thompson LLP is pleased to introduce our newest associates Eugene J. Benick and Daniel T. LeBel.

Dan joined Finkelstein Thompson in July 2008 and practices in the fields of consumer, antitrust and securities litigation. He graduated with Distinction in General Scholarship from University of California, Berkeley in 1999, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from the University of California, Hastings. Dan is a member of the California Bar and practices in the San Francisco office. 

Eugene joined FT as an associate in September 2008 and practices in the fields of antitrust, consumer fraud and securities litigation. He is a graduate of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He attended the American University Washington College of Law and received his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2008. Eugene practices in the Washington, D.C. office.
