Kendall Satterfield has been with Finkelstein Thompson LLP since 1985. Mr. Satterfield practices in the fields of both antitrust and consumer fraud class action litigation. Additionally, he has represented private clients and federal banking agencies in civil and administrative litigation involving securities and commodities fraud, federal banking law and accountant malpractice. Mr. Satterfield also represents the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and other Canadian broadcasters and television production companies in matters involving cable television copyright royalties before the United States Copyright Office and has practiced before the Federal Communications Commission.

Mr. Satterfield is a 1981 graduate of Ohio Northern University where he received a Bachelor of Sciences degree with Highest Honors in Business Administration. He then attended Emory University where he received his Juris Doctor in 1984.

He is a member of the District of Columbia and Georgia Bars. Mr. Satterfield practices in the Washington, D.C. office.
