Audi and Volkswagen Class Action Investigation Over Takata Airbags Recall E-mail

Since late 2008, Takata and a number of car manufacturers have recalled the Takata airbags after finding that Takata airbag actuators can explode and spray metal shards into the passenger compartment of the car.

Audi and Volkswagen have allegedly failed to not only inform their customers of the problem in a timely manner but they also allegedly lack the necessary parts to repair the vehicles, and they have not helped vehicle owners with the costs related to the recall.
