The United States Consumer Products Safety Commission (“CPSC”) recently announced a recall of Stork Craft drop-side cribs that were manufactured and distributed between January 1993 and October 2009. The CPSC announced that that the drop-side of the crib can detach and cause children and infants to fall or create a space for infants and toddles to “become entrapped in the space which can lead to suffocation.
