Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, and S7 Active May Not Be Water-Resistant E-mail
February 28, 2018

Samsung's Galaxy S7 may have been falsely advertised as water resistant yet, consumers reportedly disagree.

According to independent testing conducted by consumer and tech groups, Samsung's Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, and S7 Active sustain irreparable water damage, despite Samsung's claim that the phones are water-resistant in up to 5 feet of water for 30 minutes.  Consumers further alleged that when the phones sustain water damage, Samsung fails to honor its warranty.
