Finkelstein Thompson LLP is investigating claims against NVIDIA and various computer manufacturers for carrying and selling allegedly defective NVIDIA graphics chips. The problem reportedly affects an undisclosed number of laptop computers, stopping them from booting up, causing display screens to display multiple lines, random images and other reported problems. NVIDIA has reportedly traced the problem to packaging materials, used on some of its chips that manage graphics and other functions, which fail when overheated. NVIDIA and the computer manufacturers that carry the allegedly defective NVIDIA chips have not recalled affected computers. If you believe your computer has been affected by this problem and you are interested in discussing your rights and interests this matter further, please contact Finkelstein Thompson LLP.
