Finkelstein Thompson LLP Investigates MyFord Touch E-mail
October 17, 2016

Finkelstein Thompson LLP is investigating allegations that MyFord Touch and MyLincoln Touch touchscreen systems may be defective. Some customers have claimed that the systems may crash, freeze, fail to respond to voice and touch commands, as well as providing inaccurate GPS information and unable to connect to mobile phones and iPods. In fact, several customers have made their own websites devoted to complaining about how poorly MyFord Touch and MyLincoln Touch will work. Owning a car with MyFord Touch might lower the resale value of the car, and may cut customers off from helpful software upgrades.
