Finkelstein Thompson LLP is investigating reports that consumers who purchased the Apple iPhone 4 are experiencing call and data signal strength issues as a result of the way they grip their phones.

 

The problem is commonly referred to as the iPhone 4 “death grip” issue.  Customers who have experienced the signal strength problem have reported having their calls dropped based on how they were holding their phone.
