Honda May Be Selling Defective Vehicles E-mail
September 28, 2018

Honda allegedly is selling defective vehicles that may result in engine failure.

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. allegedly sold latent defective vehicles, including Honda Civic, CR – V, and Accord vehicles with 1.5 – liter direct injection turbocharged engines found in model year 2015 through 2018. Consumers allege that the vehicles suffer from fuel dilution, which is when the engine oil becomes diluted with gasoline, getting into the crankcase, reducing the oil’s ability to protect and lubricate the engine. The defect could lead to severe engine wear or damage, ultimately resulting in engine failure.
