We are investigating allegations against General Mills, Inc. for allegedly deceiving consumers with the amount of cereal available in their Annie’s Homegrown cereal boxes. Consumers allege that Annie’s Homegrown opaque cereal boxes are mostly slack filled, contain approximately 50% of empty space.
