Essure Birth Control May Be Defective E-mail
August 23, 2017

A mass tort action has been filed against Bayer Healthcare for the product Essure, which claimed to be “the only available nonsurgical form of permanent birth control.” Essure has been available in the U.S. since 2002. However, the birth control device may be linked to serious side effects and complications. Studies show that Essure may allow pregnancy and cause abdominal pain, bleeding, vaginal infection and, in severe cases, death.

If you or anyone you know has taken Essure and has any potentially related issues, please contact Finkelstein Thompson LLP to discuss your legal rights.
