Best Buy, Delta, and Sears May Have Exposed Consumer Information E-mail

Consumers personal information may have been exposed while shopping on Best Buy, Delta, or Sears websites. 

A class action complaint has recently been filled against [24] 7.AI, INC for failure to secure and safeguard customers’ payment card data while they were shopping online with Best Buy, Delta, and/or Sears between Sep 26 and Oct. 12, 2017. Consumers also allege that [24] 7.AI, INC failed to provide timely, accurate, and adequate notice that customers' data or personally identifiable information has been compromised and stolen.
