Apple Powerbeats 2 and Powerbeats 3 Headphones May Be Defective E-mail
July 25, 2017

Apple is a popular and trusted brand in the electronics industry, normally on the forefront of technological innovation. However, its Powerbeats 2 and Powerbeats 3 wireless headphones are allegedly failing to live up to consumers' expectations. The wireless headphones, which cost as much as $250.00, are advertised as gym-friendly music devices. However, consumers are alleging that the headphones work properly for a few weeks or months but then, without explanation or warning, simply stop working. This is allegedly true despite consumers' best efforts to minimize exposure to sweat and other sources of potential water damage. Customers who have received replacement headphones, pursuant to Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty, complain that the new headphones suffer from the same battery defect as the defunct pair.
