Judges regularly recognize the quality representation FT provides its clients. For example, in granting final approval of a $43.1 million settlement in Freeland v. Iridium World Communications et al. (D.D.C. 99-2002), Judge Laughrey stated that FT’s attorneys had done an “outstanding” and “excellent” job. Similarly, in In re Interbank Funding Corp. Sec. Litig. (D.D.C. 02-1490), Judge Bates of the District Court for the District of Columbia observed that FT had “skillfully, efficiently, and zealously represented the class, and . . . worked relentlessly throughout the course of the case.”
